CrCl + ECOG/Karnofsky

Cockcroft-Gault CrCl estimate and ECOG↔Karnofsky reference — math/reference only, never MRNs or names.

Creatinine Clearance and Performance Status Conversion

Renal function eligibility criteria are usually expressed as creatinine clearance, and performance status is sometimes reported on Karnofsky scale even when a protocol specifies ECOG (or vice versa) — converting by hand or hunting down the right formula mid-visit slows things down.

CrCl + ECOG/Karnofsky calculates creatinine clearance and converts between ECOG and Karnofsky performance status scales, so eligibility checks that depend on either value are quick to confirm.

Ephemeral and in-memory only — nothing is stored, no PHI, no login.

Who this is for: CRCs verifying renal function or performance status eligibility criteria during screening or ongoing assessments.

Inputs

Age, height, weight, creatinine, and biological sex for the formula only — not patient identity fields.

Biological sex (formula factor)
Weight used in CrCl

Confirm which weight the protocol requires. AdjBW = IBW + 0.4×(ABW − IBW) when ABW > IBW (Devine IBW).

Estimated CrCl

Enter positive age, height, weight, and creatinine, or load the sample. IBW/AdjBW need height.
