Kit Expiration Tracker
Tracking a multi-arm cohort study instead? Switch to Cohort Kit Tracker
Multi-lab kit inventory with mango radar and CRA-ready destruction logs.
Track Kit Expiration Without a Spreadsheet
Clinical trial kits expire on their own schedule, not yours — and when a coordinator misses a lot approaching expiration, it means an unusable kit, a protocol deviation note, or a scramble before a monitoring visit. Most sites still track this in a shared spreadsheet that's one typo away from missing a lot number.
Kit Inventory Tracker replaces that spreadsheet with a FIFO-ordered view of every kit, lot, and expiration date across your site — grouped automatically into past due, urgent (≤7 days), the 30–60 day "mango" window, and OK. Paste a manifest, import a CSV, or scan a barcode, and the tracker sorts by urgency so the closet scan starts with what actually needs attention first.
When a kit is used or destroyed, one click ("Use 1") logs it — no confirmation modal, no re-entry — and generates a CRA-ready destruction log export you can hand over at the next monitoring visit without reconstructing it from memory.
Everything runs in your browser. Kit and lot data never leaves your device — no login, no PHI, no BAA required — so IT and privacy review isn't a blocker to using it today.
Who this is for: CRCs juggling kit inventory across multiple studies, CRAs reviewing site destruction logs, and site directors trying to get ahead of expiration-driven deviations before they happen.
Expiry alerts

PAR & max stock (optional)
Min / max by kit name — separate from expiration alerts
Add kit lots first, then set a PAR (low stock) and/or max stock (overstock) here. Leave blank or 0 to keep a threshold off.
Rows auto-group: Past due → today → ≤7d → ≤30d → ≤60d → OK. Use 1 (FIFO) is one click — no confirmation modal.
