100% client-side & Zero-PHI:Data stays in your local browser storage. Client-side processing by design — avoids server-side PHI ingestion. No login required.
Lab Specimen Workbench
Paste requisitions for in-browser parse + PHI scrub, then build 4×6 bench cards and tube grab lists — never patient names.
Parse Lab Requisitions Without Retyping Them
Central lab requisition exports come in inconsistent formats — different column orders, different header labels, sometimes a locked PDF — and manually re-keying specimen details into a bench sheet is slow and error-prone, especially mid-visit.
Lab Specimen Workbench parses requisition data directly in your browser and turns it into clean bench cards you can work from during specimen processing — no manual retyping, no separate tracking sheet to keep in sync with what the lab sent.
When a central lab reports a missing sample, sites that never logged the AWB# and ship date scramble to prove the box left the clinic. The built-in Shipment / AWB Log records visit label, sample type, ship date, handler initials, and tracking number — shipments, not patients — so reconciliation starts with a tracking number instead of a reconstruction from memory.
Parsing and shipment logging stay entirely client-side. Specimen codes and requisition data are never transmitted to a server — no PHI, no login, no BAA required.
Who this is for: CRCs and lab-processing staff handling specimen requisitions during visits, especially at sites juggling exports from multiple central labs.

Convert between spin speed (RPM) and force (× g). Measure rotor radius from the center to the sample. Right now: about 252 × g.

Shipment / AWB Log
Track shipments — visit label, sample type, ship date, handler initials, and AWB# — so central-lab “missing sample” queries can be answered with a tracking number, not a scramble. This is not a per-subject log.
| Ship date | Visit | Sample | P/S | Handler | AWB # | Notes | Actions |

No shipments logged yet. Add a visit label, sample type, ship date, initials, and AWB# above.
