Cohort Kit Tracker
Tracking single-kit lots or accession-level units instead? Switch to Kit Expiration Tracker
Solo CRC mode: quick barcode scan, shelf FIFO, mango cabinet print, 1-tap deduct — Zero-PHI / client-side only.
FIFO Kit Tracking for Multi-Arm Cohort Studies
A single-kit tracker breaks down fast on a multi-arm cohort study — kits need to be grouped by cohort, arm, and visit type, and the question isn't "which kit expires first" but "which cohort is at risk of running short." Trying to force that into a flat spreadsheet usually means duplicate rows and someone eventually double-counting a lot.
Cohort Kit Tracker organizes inventory the way CRAs actually expect to see it during monitoring: batch-level, by study, cohort, and visit type, with earliest-expiration-only tracking rather than full accession-level detail — the level of granularity site staff and monitors actually work at day to day, not a data-entry burden nobody keeps current.
As with the single-kit tracker, everything is client-side: no login, no PHI, no BAA, and the data stays on the device you're working from.
Who this is for: CRCs running multi-arm or multi-cohort protocols where kit inventory needs to be tracked and reported per arm, not just per site.
Primary kit workspace for cohort / arm FIFO. Kept in this browser's localStorage on this workstation until you clear it or export a backup · −1 uses earliest batch first. Use Export Session Backup (.json) in Site workspace backup below for shared workstations. Layout toggles (Grid / Shelf) sit above the kit cards.

USB wedge, phone camera, or typed accession — LIMS speed without LabKey setup. Codes must already be on the batch at intake.

Successful barcode / typed deducts appear here (Visit use). Deleting a row clears the log only — kit qty is not restored.
